We will be extending our usual returns policy below for customers who have purchased gifts in the lead up to Christmas. If you have purchased gifts from our website during November and December and have exceeded our normal 28 day returns policy, you will have until January 25th 2021 to return any unwanted or unsuitable items for a full refund as long as they are returned unused and in a resalable condition.
We hope you’ll love your Superdrug order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.

You can either return your items to your local store or send back to us using the Free Post Label. Your Free Post Label can be found in your Order History under My Account when you log in. At the bottom of each of your orders is a link, "Download your free returns label here". You can then print this out and use to return your order/item(s) to us.

When you use our Freepost Returns Label, postage is free from UK and Republic of Ireland addresses for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard Royal Mail (UK) and An Post (Republic of Ireland) charges.
Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

All Health & Beautycard points earned against any item(s) you return for a refund will be deducted from your card balance.
Superdrug is only able to offer exchanges to eligible website purchased products when returned to store. We are unable to offer exchanges on website products returned to our warehouse.
Some of the products we sell are sent our directly from our suppliers. If your products were supplied by a 3rd party, you'll receive a document labelled ‘Returns Information’ with your order.
Please check the ‘Returns Information’ document and follow the steps to return the product directly to the 3rd party supplier.
Our stores are unable to accept these returns as Superdrug do not handle these products directly

We will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition as long as you return them within 28 days of receipt.
